Q: Please provide a brief description of what your current work entails and what aspect of your job you are most passionate about and why.
A: At Nature’s Own: Work on high end landscapes from start to finish. At Niagara College: Teach first and second years the skills they need to be a professional landscaper
Q: How would you describe your experience entering the industry after graduation?
A: The school gave me the basic information which I used as a foundation to learn more in the field
Q: What challenges have you faced and overcome in your career after graduation?
A: Learning that money and greed is not everything. You need to love and have passion for your job and have a good work environment. I overcame that by moving to a different company after 27 years where positive work attitude is displayed
Q: What is a fond memory from your days at the gardens?
A: The great work ethic class of 97 had completed all the tasks. Had fun doing them but still got the job done fast.
