Obituary for Arthur Ronald Haight | Brock & Visser Funeral Home

Obituary

HAIGHT, Arthur “Art” – Peacefully at home, now gone to be with his Lord on Sunday November 29, 2020 in his 86th year. Beloved husband of the late Lorna A. (nee Clement) Haight (2013) for 53 years. Loved father of Scott (Melanie) Haight, Mark (Sherry) Haight and Jewel (Greg) Ross. Cherished grandfather of Clay (Allyson), Tansy, Dusty (Allyson), Ginger, Jed (Emily), Fletcher, Dylan, and Erin (Jeyson). Dear brother-in-law of Doug (Marietta) Clement and will always be remembered by his nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Predeceased by Marilyn Hodgins (2020) and by his brother Glen (Ruth) Haight. Art was the founding owner and operator of Art Haight Garden Centre and Landscaping. He loved golf, bowling but especially enjoyed touring in his 56 Chevy. A private family service will be held. Interment in the Quaker Street Cemetery, Norwich. If desired, memorial contributions to the Nature Conservancy of Canada or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock, 519-539-0004.
